M - TH dates: $175/day Resident; $350/day Non-Resident
F - SU dates: $350/day Resident; $500/day Non-Resident
A $300 damage deposit check is also due to hold your reservation.
Currently accepting reservations for dates through March 31, 2026. On the second Tuesday of the year at 9AM, all available dates from April 1 through the following March are released. The Lakefront Park Pavilion is an enclosed building suitable for small weddings, graduation parties, family reunions or
meetings. The maximum capacity allowed for a rental group is 150 people, this includes seating for 60 indoor and seating for 90 outdoor. Available rental hours are 8AM – midnight. Reservation details are final once submitted. Adjustment to location or date must be made 10 or more days in advance, a fee will apply.

Note:
In addition to the rental fee, a $300 damage deposit check is due within seven days of from when a reservation is booked.
CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
Permit holders will receive a full refund, less 10% of the rental fee, if reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to reservation date. If cancelled less than 14 days prior, no refund will be issued. Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person.
