Residents who are interested in reserving a boat slip for the 2024 season must submit an online application for prequalification and confirmation of residency status. The application is now closed.

Note:
2024 Rental Release Dates:
• Prequalified Prior Lake residents may make reservations online beginning Tues., Jan. 9 at 9 a.m.
• All others may make online reservations beginning Fri., Jan. 12 at 9 a.m.
2024 Seasonal Rental Fee:
• $4,500/Resident
• $5,500/Non-Resident
Slips are required to be vacated between 10:00am and 11:00pm on July 4 to facilitate the setup and launching of fireworks from Watzl’s Beach.
Overnight parking is not allowed in any City parks. Vehicles must be removed from City parking lots by 10 pm.
Parking lots at Lakefront Park are the closest public parking to Watzl’s Beach. The beach is approximately 0.25 mile from the parking lot area. Please note that during Lakefront Music Fest (July12 and 13), parking is not available at Lakefront Park. Watzl’s Beach will still be accessible during the event.
