Note:
Participants will be placed into a category based on their age on the day of the event.
Check in at City tent on Main Ave in Prior Lake between 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Art shall be completed between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
City provides 1 chalk pastel kit (48 pieces). No other chalk is permitted to be used during the contest. No other chalk is available for purchase, please plan your artwork accordingly.
