The City has 12 Canoe/Kayak Racks that are located at Sand Point Beach and are available to be reserved for the summer at a fee. The season runs from May 1st to October 15th.
No watercraft may exceed the following dimensions: 20 feet in length, 36 inches in width and 20 inches in depth. It is mandatory that your craft be secured by your own device to the assigned rack at BOTH the front and the rear.
Rack location assignments are made in order of registration, filling from the bottom racks to the top. Top rack is 72” off the ground.

Reservations open annually on the second Tuesday of the year at 9am. This date in 2025 is January 14.
